What currency are the prices on the site?
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP).

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Order processing takes 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Can I return my order? What if there is an issue?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order for a full refund. To start a return, please contact us at support@verona-amourlondon.com. We provide a free return label, and return shipping costs are fully covered by us.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please include your name and order number inside the parcel. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@verona-amourlondon.com.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, but you may return them once delivered.

I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at support@verona-amourlondon.com within 24 hours. We will do our best to update the address before your order is processed.

How long does shipping take?
